2. Advance Payments

Advance payments are used for planning, tools, resources, and manpower allocation. Therefore, advance payments are not eligible for refunds.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • • There is a proven failure to deliver the agreed scope of services

The final decision regarding refunds rests solely with the management of CNagar Digital Marketing Agency.

4. Ad Spend

Advertising spends on third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other advertising networks are non-refundable, as these payments are made directly to external platforms.
